12:00 am
and rumble@kilmeade. you checked the schedule. you are coming up in two hours. who comes up between us. lawrence: bongino. when does it start? brian: i think it starts now [♪] dan: more twitter files just dropped yesterday. more collusion with the fbi as we said. but while everyone is talking about twitter and its blatant censorship of conservatives. i am going to expose widespread political bias in amazon, youtube. you can't even buy tickets. where is the money sam
12:01 am
bankman-fried lost. is it a crypto thing or a criminal involved in crypto. it's not the same thing. where is the big celebration from democrats on clean new energy. they know when you are sleeping and know when you are awake. remember the tsa? just in time for the holidays airports are rolling out a new facial recognition software. what can possibly go wrong with that. on to the monologue. having been a player in the parallel economy trying to get america a parallel economy away from the censorship economy. the twitter files were just released friday from that is as devastating as the prior five releases. this one shows extensive -- not
12:02 am
just kind of acute -- but chronic longitudinal extensive coordination over time between the fbi which last time i checked was a bran' of the government -- anybody in the control room going to correct? it they are saying yes. the fbi is still a bran' of the government. coordinating with twitter to quote take action. that whole first amendment thing? that never got in the way? we'll get to glenn greenwald about that in a moment. but it's not just twitter. it's a pervasive problem in an effort to crush people's opportunity if you are a conservative from operating in the economy. you think it's just twitter? you would be wrong. what about paypal? the payment service. what the hell happened to
12:03 am
paypal? talking about paypal how they could be functioning like a social credit score. some conservatives had problems with paypal. you can't even pay for sufficient depending on your politics in. we can't watch a video on youtube. you thought that, too? youtube has a long history of censoring conservatives. >> we found out yesterday that dan bongino, me, yours truly banned for life from youtube. >> the video that went viral explaining all this was removed from youtube. >> how did you get blocked from youtube. >> it's easier than you think. i had my accounts shut down six months ago. dan: you can't watch a video on
12:04 am
youtube and you can't pay for stuff and you can't microblowing on twitter if you are a conservative. but it doesn't effect search. it does. look at this. it hooks like there was some bias there with google. it always seems to work in one direction, too. the conservative direction. isn't it shocking? here is joe rogue a d rogan andr google engineer in 2017. >> these people that compile these spreadsheets of names of people that are conservative or even libertarian, and we are thought going to work with them, we'll sabotage their work. >> that real? >> that's real. libertarian. >> not even conservative or right wing.
12:05 am
people like high-up managers admitted to having us black listed. we brought his up to the highest people at google and they completely dismissed it. dan: search, website, video, twitter, paypal. at least you can shop for stuff and create a store on shop if if shopify*. so strange it only seems to affect conservatives. and as you heard the engineer say, libertarians, too. you still have an exit valve. at least conservatives and libertarians can shop on amazon. one of the harmest online marketplaces. turns out they have a history of bias against conservatives as
12:06 am
well. twitter, amazon, youtube, shopify, when does it end? it's as if we are living in a third world country where political bias is interest grated into the system. at least you can go and raise money, right? do the right thing, a charitable cause, gofundme. there is no political bias there. no way, go fun me, too. take a look at this. >> truckers starting a new fundraiser after gofundme cut off fund for canada's freedom convoy. >> it's an example of how anti-government protesters. >> while gofundme ended protest donations, millions are coming in on other platforms.
12:07 am
dan: i could go on all day. but let me throw out one more. at least you can go to an event to cool down and relax. of course, events too. it's easy on biased against conservatives. if you are not, you will be the subject of an online boycott by a bunch of been and jerry's hovers in their basements. then the country is not going to save itself. stand up. it's worth it. joining me now is independent journalist, one of the good guys left in the media space. glenn greenwald. twitter part six just dropped. you have been wondering about
12:08 am
this government fbi-twitter relationship. >> this is something i been reporting on this debate over big tech censorship. oftentimes it's assumed the censorship is coming from the decisions of facebook, twitter or google. but more often than not it's coming from from ex trnl sources to the company. the democratic party explicitly threat bees the ceos and executives of these countries, if you don't censor the way we want you to censor, we'll impose reprisals on your company. the u.s. security state is involved in these companies about who is and is not permitted to be heard. whatever your ideology is, how
12:09 am
is it as an american you are not disturbed when you learn that the fbi and homeland security and the cia are working hand in than to control the flow of fordow mess particularly within the united states. that's not their role. dan: tweet number 25 where a twitter executive specifically asked if there were impediments to the sharing of classified information with the industry. the answer was fbi was adamant no impediments to sharing exists. i thought we had an impediment hike the first amendment thing. i'm confused. >> one of the first store questions we reported on back in 2013 when i was working with my source edwar snowden. and the nsa, the secretive spy
12:10 am
agency was working handled in hand with the leading silicon valley companies, google, facebook and apple. and they were turning over enormous amount of information without a search warrant. and among was leaks from "the washington post" and the washington times to specifically manipulate the 2016 election because they viewed donald trump as a threat. the security agencies which are supposed to secure or borders and keep us safe, are instead using dark arts of propaganda to manipulate and deceive the u.s. population to think the way they want us to think. there is really nothing more
12:11 am
disturbing than that. >> your thoughts on this final question. in the tweet thread they note that the russia hoax in 2016 was being used as a pretext in this interaction with the fbi and twitter. don't you find it odd that the fbi said russia interfered in the election. so we'll emulate russia. doing anybody see the break in the logic chain there? >> obviously the russians interfere in our elections and that's brand-new going on for decades. if you compare russian interference, the way the cia and fbi interfere in our elections, the latter is far greater in terms of quantity, but also much more menacing given the power the agencies have. >> disgraced crypto king penn

dan: just hours before sam bankman-fried was supposed to testify before congress he got arrested in the bahamas. what happened to the billions of doors of invested money that may be lost forever. the author of "undressing bitcoin," thank you for your time. one of the benefits of crypto is it's hard to track. it's none of the government's business where you are spending your money. but it's hard to track. when there is fraud involved there is no way to get the money back, is there? >> i'd should be easy to track. but in this situation, according to the bankruptcy findings, all
12:17 am
customer funds went into one pot which is absurd. that money just went to wherever they felt, whether buying houses in the bahamas, or the second largest donor to president biden's campaign. or benefits for tony blair and bill clinton. but my biggest concern is regulation. i think regulators will use it as an excuse to usher in more regulations. also i don't understand what more regulation will do. fraud is already illegal. so i'm not clear what's going to happen next. dan: i was going to ask you that as a follow-up. this is the case of pretty simple embezzlement.
12:18 am
he said this isn't that come reply kateed. people deposited their money and this guy took it and spent it. he could have don't with checks or gold or coins or dollar bills. >> exactly. that's the important point. i don't want people to think this has anything to do with crypto. it doesn't. it's a classic case of human greed. he's looking at two consecutive life sentences. i am going to be keeping my eye on regulation. this is massiely due to the lack of clarity and the americans aren't expecting crypto regulations to company time soon. it pushes the entities offshore and make them have to operate in that gray area. one last point i want to make, in terms of regulation.
12:19 am
sam bankman-fried and ftx were working closely with regulators. it's strange that they didn't know this company was fraudulent and insolvent. dan: any democrat or republican for that matter that got a donation from this guy, that's not your money. you better return it so it finds its way back to those holders. thank you for your time. we appreciate it. they call it a conspiracy theory, then it wasn't. >> some of you heard that the coronavirus quote escaped from the lab. >> the health experts saying the lab leak theory might actually be credible. dan: we are updating the list of conspiracy theories because they are all true with another

thousand back to "unfiltered" with dan bongino. dan: so we do this segment every once in a while, it's a
12:25 am
conspiracy theory update. we do it because everything that the lefty nut bags call a conspiracy usually winds up becoming true. and i'm kinds of out of conspiracy theories because they are all true and not theoretical. i was reading a piece. it all started with spygate. we don't need to relitigate that one. they spied on president trump and they called it a conspiracy theeshy even though we had the name of the spy. and recently we were told the great reset that these world economic forum people and globalists wants to induce this top-down collectivism for world governance. we were told that was a conspiracy theory, too, until they started talking about the
12:26 am
great reset. >> i believe this is the best time for leaders to come together and work jointly for the world to become more inclusive, more sustainable, and more prosperous. dan: that's clause schwab. he wrote a book called "the great reset." there it is, right there. if it's a conspiracy theory, you should probably contact klaus. i was told recently if you discuss immigration and the left's fascination with replacement theory, that's a conspiracy theory, too and definitely racist? i thought is it? that's weird. because it's the left's thing.
12:27 am
they wrote about it in the "new york times" in a peace titled, we can replace them. it's right there. then i was told if you mention the two word demographic and destiny, that is 100% racist too, in discussing immigration. i thought that's sprang, too, because i do remember hearing about this, not from conservatives but from a group of democrats. you don't have to believe me, listen to them. >> the demographics of america are not on the side of the republican party. the new voters in this country are moving away from them. >> it will become a purple state, then a blue state because of the demographics and the population growth from outside of texas. the great reset not a conspiracy theory. demographic replacement theory seems to be arrestist thing.
12:28 am
what about the wuhan lab leak, definitely a conspiracy theory. we have an update on that. >> >> of you may have heard the coronavirus escaped from the lab. >> i know the lab leak theory had baggage attached to it because it got tied up with conspiracy theories that china released it on purpose. >> how did we get here with america's most prominent health experts saying the lab leak theory previously hawked by conspiracy theorists might be credible. dan: the house permanent select committee say it's probably the most credible. then we were told shadow-banning on twitter is definitely some
12:29 am
right-wing nut job conspiracy theory. listen to them. don't listen to me. >> shadow-banning is something he brought up which is this concept that twitter would allow you to post something, but effectively make it invisible. not show up in searches. >> you hear republicans saying why am i being shadow-banned. >> shadow-banning there has again no real proof of yet. dan: well there is proof. who was shadow-banned? this guy right here. barri weiss's twitter files dropped. joining me a friends of the show and host of the wildly popular podcast, the rubin report.
12:30 am
your thoughts on this. this is a chump term they use when they want to get away from an inconvenient narrative. >> you could have spent the rest of the show listing more of the quote-unquote conspiracy theories that have turned out to be true. when you were listed in that twitter file dump. i texted you and your response was my phone is blowing up. people were saying of course. we have all known this. if you manage to stay roughly sane in the last couple years then you deserve some kinds of award. you can't blame a certain set of people that are so confused because the mainstream media, the corporate press lies to them about everything. social media bands and censors and promotes certain
12:31 am
information. all of us are in a fog of information war right now. and the key thing is as this stuff comes out, and as it's proven true, we have to keep going. the beauty of what elon is doing at twitter is he's selectiveliletting this information out. he's not just dropping it all on one day. he's going everyone focus on this today. let's talk about this in a couple days. and then it lets us all sit there for a moment and go, boy, this stuff really is true. like you just discussed with glenn, the files breaking in the last 24 hours, there is absolute government collusion. dan: 100%. now the question is, how pervasive was it? when the democrats can't knock
12:32 am
you down by calling you a conspiracy theorist. any time you highlight their own words, you are inciting violence. someone said it's crazy, libs of tiktok puts out liberals own videos, it's a liberal video, and that's dangerous. but showing the location in live time of elon musk's plane, that's not dangerous. if that's not the best example of liberal logic, i don't know what is. >> i believe it was ronald ray began who said if the left didn't have double standards, they would have no standards at all. libs of tiktok reposting their own words. she often doesn't even comment. we just have to keep pushing
12:33 am
though a certain set of people will never wake up and they will always pay attention. if we keep pushing we can wake more people up and the truth will set you free. dan: dave rubin, thanks for coming on. really appreciate it. coming up on "unfiltered." the left loves to scream about toxic masculinity. meanwhile american men are in a crisis.

dan: welcome back to "unfiltered." it's no secret america has a masculinity crisis brought on by the radical left. boys are growing up in homes without a strong male role model. >> we have toxic masculinity. masculine traits are planted in boys at a young age. >> power, dominance. >> we are largely built for the convenience of men. dan: turns out there are almost 9 million fatherless children in
12:39 am
the united states. what's your reaction when you hear this ridiculous term, toxic masculinity. >> shame on these men. these men on the left. it's their responsibility. you look at these numbers and see fatherlessness the way it is. for them to talk about masculinity like it's a negative thing when you have all these young boys who are confused. they are told they can pick their gender. they don't understand what hard work means anymore. everything god made men to do the left is trying to break it down. it's hard to teach young boys to take care of their families. you see why we have so much sex
12:40 am
trafficking going none our country and sins in our society, pedophilia. men were ordained by god to protect our family. they are completely breaking that down at every angle, and it's really sad. >> jack, as you well know, i have been in this fight for a long time for the family. this is the last thing the left wants to talk about. the family's competition for the state. but i testified on capitol hill a while ago and i brought this up at a hearing how the crime rates can be tide to frawtr fatherlessness. one of the guys on the panel lost his mind. he couldn't believe i brought this up, even though you and i know it's true. these things are tied together.
12:41 am
>> i was on capitol hill thursday testifying before congress on crime and mass shootings. 82% of people who commit mass shootings are fatherless. you talk about crime, you are 20 times more likely to have a crime and have a run-in with law enforcement if you are fatherless. we have a reading and math epidemic in our country, where so many of our public schools, kids can't even read and write any more. 71% of kids who drop out of school are fatherless. the left likes to talk about numbers and stats when it fits their narrative. but when it comes to fatherlessness and when it comes to the family, they don't want to talk about that. i blame the soft men on the left
12:42 am
that are going and poisoning our young boys and men with this filth. they are killing each other in the streets, dan. just this weekend there is likely to be three, four dozen people shot in chicago and all over the inner cities. fatherless kids terrorizing the streets of america. dan: jack, i doubt it's been said better. we appreciate it. thanks a lot. >> god bless you, brother. dan: god bless you, too. infusion technology. a major milestone. the dems are taking a victory lap. >> i don't know how we can build more nuclear plants when we can't get rid of the waste that we have. >> i won't build more nuclear. i want to put the money and

dan: welcome back to "unfiltered." for the first time ever american scientists are producing a news nuclear tuition solution to produce actual green energy. but this isn't the green energy democrats like. >> this is what it looks like for america to lead. and we are just getting started. another big congratulations to lawrence live more national lab and everybody involved in this fusion breakthrough that will go down in the history book. dan: joining me is energy expert and author of "fossil future," alex epstein. i know we need to temper expectations. but why is it a big deal? explain nuclear fusion. >> it's a big deal because it's
12:48 am
a technical breakthrough. the economic breakthrough in terms of energy being cost effective for billions of people, we are years away. but we have gotten a lot of energy from nuclear fission. but fusion involves fusing together the nuclei of atoms. it's exciting that at least there is more energy coming out than the energy from the laser going in. i don't know if we know the full energy use. but what granholm said is offensive to me. what it would looks like to lead on energy would be to lib at nuclear fuels. but this administration has opposed fossil fuels.
12:49 am
dan: let me get your reaction. here is a montage of democrats slamming nuclear fission which we can use right now. >> i don't know how we can build more nuclear plants when we don't know how to get rid of the waste that we have. >> i will not build more nuclear. one thing i would like to clarify, the green new deal does leave the door open for nuclear. >> nuclear energy is a weapon. it's imperialism. dan: we can have fusion for the future, but we have nuclear fission right now and yet they seem to not like it. they just want to fill landfills with solar panels that will expire in 20 years. >> i'm laughing at it, but fission is a tragedy. in the 70s we had fission that was producing low level clean electricity. and the green movement,
12:50 am
including much of the political left criminalized it. the nuclear regulatory commission that came out in 1975, not one nuclear plants has gone from conception to completion. the cost has gone up by a factor of 10. the nuclear policy is such an embarrassment. i consider that offensive not to support fission in the future. it's going to be interesting in the future if fusion does pan out. it will be difficult to real a kate the spoils of our economy based on green energy policy. it creates a problem for them, doesn't it? >> this is the thing. the green movement opposes every form of energy. but they support imaginary

12:57 am
platforms to try to identify those people working against the state and so what we're talking about here -- is potentially the beginning of an unprecedented strangle hold on our society whereby government can control everything from politics to the economy -- to even protest with unrestricted access to data this improves security and efficiency at airports but what it is really doing is bringing in unproven technology with massive civil rights ramifications that as a society we really yet to fully understand. it is not just about security dan you know airlines share a matsive amount of energy and data with government on who is traveling where they're traveling, when, so why do we need facial recognition also and you know when you look at the origins of china's artificial development you can see that -- president xi jinping moved forward with this belief that whoever controls a.i. controls entire world. so china has said the exact same thing initially that tsa is saying here defending a.i. about
12:58 am
bringing some more freedom connecting more citizens. but in china so far all of that a.i. has done is brought more control. >> yeah bret just a quick response as i'm running out of time but tsa is screwed up like with the fbi. you know the don't fly list -- i mean so the potential for a, you know, confusion here with the technology is pretty vast. just a quick thought on that. >> think about the security implication claims it is encrypted to reduce hacking risk and any time big data is stolen we can change our credit cards and we can change our licenses. but you only get one face dan, and if you remember in 2019 the department of homelands security disclose that photo of treaferls they were taken in data breach which was access through next of one of its sub contractors that was storing this facial recognition data so we haven't explored full ethics of all of this we're pushing boundaries of that right now. i hope that tsa know what is they're doing with this data and no misuse involved. dan: me too.
